Customer Satisfaction Representative

We expect the Customer Satisfaction Representative will bring value to the company in a way that fosters ideas and actions that enhances our service culture, efficiency and productivity.

As a member of the Customer Satisfaction team, you will be building relationships and friendships while supporting the growth of our client’s business. As their one-stop connection to Leuze electronic, our clients get fast, friendly “industry best” service for inquiries and orders.

We are looking for a unique individual that can really jump in and help make a difference. Creative, spontaneous, outgoing, happy, driven and wanting to make a difference are the qualities we are looking for. You must possess a positive attitude with the ability to work on a team as well as individually, outstanding communication skills, and an orientation for detail.


  • Works to grow existing customers by answering product and service questions (either directly or referring to technical support), understanding their needs, and offering the complete range of relevant Leuze electronic products and services
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries either by phone, electronically or in person
  • Follow-up on marketing campaigns by phone to increase customer contact rate
  • Perform administrative duties and follow-up support for all leads generated through our various marketing promotions, initiatives, and trade shows
  • Promptly and accurately process customer quotes, returns, and repairs for assigned sales territories
  • Be the internal advocate for customer inquiries and complaints, and own them until the customer is satisfied
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with Sales, Production, Logistics, Headquarters, and technical teams through open and honest communication
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management
  • Participate in Annual Physical Inventory counting

  • High school diploma or GED required, Associates preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service or sales support
  • Familiarity with ERP systems. SAP or SAP BusinessOne is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Professional sales training is a plus


  • German, French, or Spanish is a plus
