National Account Manager

HYG is looking for an energetic National Account Manager who will have a positive influence on the National Accounts team. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales in assigned accounts and driving success in defined target accounts by working with internal functional groups and the dealer organization which will drive HYG market share and profitability targets as presented in the Annual Plan. This position will be responsible for the relationship of assigned accounts and will utilize defined sales processes and customer relationship skills to ensure customer satisfaction. This position will also ensure communication and desire of the customer is heard internally to ensure growth within their assigned customer base and for maintaining assigned account development plans, structuring and executing contracts, and managing customer orders with the utmost quality and customer satisfaction.

The National Account Manager Will Provide the Following Key Accountabilities:
* Achieve New Unit Sales Objectives
* Maintain existing and grow new unit sales volume to improve overall market share and profitability; achieving result through effective account management. 
* Support an effective Sales Process as identified to drive improved customer satisfaction 
* Responsible for executing and maintaining Account Development Strategies, including strategies for existing customers which will allow us to grow presence and market share and strategies for target/key accounts which will allow us to penetrate and achieve incremental sales/market share
* Responsible for effective Order Quality of assigned accounts which drives on target performance of inventory levels and working capital. Defined as the management of the order from quote to installation and payment collection
 
The Successful National Account Manager Will Meet the Following Minimum Qualifications:
* BS Degree in Business Management/related field or related business experience preferred
* Minimum of 7 years Sales experience
* Product, application and industry knowledge through 4 to 6 years experience in lift truck or related industry
* Presentation Skills
* Excellent relationship building and communication skills
