Senior Marketing Communications Specialist


The Senior Marketing Specialist for Honeywell Intelligrated is part of the Honeywell Intelligrated Marketing Communications Team.  The Senior Marketing Specialist leads the development of marketing and communications strategies including defining the messaging strategy, coordination and implementation of marketing activities across multiple media channels to support the Honeywell Intelligrated products, services and business development needs. 
This role will also be involved with managing the marketing mix (content, format, channel), with a heavy emphasis on digital marketing strategy and deployment, to optimize Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI), sales growth and driving our customer and audience engagement strategy. In this role, the candidate will interface with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, product management, sales/channel partners and legal to identify and support business objectives and initiatives that are critical to growing our business.  This role will also be responsible for managing external suppliers and Honeywell's Marketing Communications Centers of Excellence (CoE) team to deliver programs. 
Key Responsibilities:
Creates annual integrated marketing communications programs for the Intelligrated business and develops content and collateral in required formats that effectively promotes new product introduction (NPI) initiatives and provides return on marketing investment (ROMI). 
Creates content distribution strategies and executes the most effective methods to deliver campaign and marketing plan objectives: thought leadership, events, social media, blogs, podcasts, webinars, emails and websites, etc.. 
Works closely with the marketing, product management and sales teams to ensure consistency of messages, branding, design language and positioning. 
Integrates and uses Marketo, Salesforce.com, digital asset management tools and other marketing technologies as the primary marketing communications channels. 
Ensures brand standards are being consistently and uniformly applied. 
Manages projects to meet timelines and stakeholder expectations. 
Works effectively with senior leadership as an adviser, critical resource and change agent. 
Drive continuous improvement and seek ways to do things better, faster and more efficiently. 
Perform other duties as assigned to support critical business objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree  
  • 5 years of relevant B2B marketing communications experience, planning and executing campaigns and providing content for key marketing channels, writing collateral/promotional copy, managing events.
  • Working knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (such as, Marketo, Eloqua, WordPress, HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Experience working with CRM tool (such as, SFDC).
