Register online for the 2012 Annual Meetings & Executive Conference. Registration fees are $695 if you register by August 31, 2012 / $795 if you register after August 31.

Complete and make payment for your registration by August 31, 2012, and save $100 off each attendee’s registration.

Hotel Information

MHI has reserved a block of rooms for this event. The Special room rate of $191 + tax for single- or double-occupancy will be available until the group block is sold out or until September 12, 2012 - whichever comes first.

Dress Guidelines

Resort casual for all events. Western attire for Monday evening suggested.
