Sales Operations Manager

Our Sales Operations Manager enables our sales teams' and business success. Incumbent ensures that any and all processes supporting sales are effective and timely. This leader is responsible for National Account Coordination, Sales Engineering and the Fleet/iTRACK group.

 This person:

  • Collaborates with Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and a good customer experience.
  • Assists in providing an excellent service experience for National Account, SCMNA and core customers across the Dealer network.
  • Assists Dealerships to resolve potential coordination problems with Corporate.
  • Manages special projects as assigned by the VP of Sales.
  • Coordinates continuous improvement activities with the Office TPS group.
  • Identifies and implements solutions to reduce distribution and delivery costs.

 Successful candidates have:

  • 3-5 years experience in Material Handing Industry preferred.
  • Outstanding collaboration, influencing and charismatic consensus building skills to create joint solutions and achieve through others.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and familiarity of TPS and TPS tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management, presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Requires travel up to 25%.

Senior level management role within organization, requiring a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent. Master's Degree is preferred. 12 years professional experience, with at least 5 years management experience is required. Experience in the technical competencies of the functional areas of responsibility is preferred.
