Industry Sales Manager - Consumer Trades/Durable Goods

HYG is looking for an energetic individual who will have a positive influence on the organization through the execution of industry strategies to increase sales for designated accounts in the Consumer Trades & Durable Goods segment. This segment covers Home Centers, Furniture, E-Commerce, and other retail locations in the Southeastern US.

The selected individual will meet or exceed volume targets by:
* establishing relationships with key accounts through joint sales calls with dealers
* training sales representatives and sales management on industry strategy deployment
* deploying playbooks
* assigning coverage of each account location
* providing feedback on product or solution gaps to solutions teams 
* aligning and collaborating with national account industry team
* utilizing company customer relationship management systems to track and report results
 
The Industry Sales Manager Will Provide the Following Key Accountabilities:
* Increase volume to assigned accounts at targeted margins per targets
* Increase unit sales through well-developed customer and dealer relationships
* Achieve margins per AOP targets
* Dealer Sales Support resulting in increased customer satisfaction as measured by NPS and drive repeat sales
* Increased knowledge of account locations fleet sizes, key contacts and buying patterns
 
The Successful Industry Sales Manager Will Meet the Following Minimum Qualifications: 
* Bachelor's degree strongly desired, preferably in Business or Related Field 
* 7 years of industry and problem solving experience. Minimum 7 years with degree, 10 years without degree
* Application knowledge as acquired through experience/training
* Communication Skills: written, oral and presentation
* Technical knowledge as acquired through experience/training
* Negotiation skills as acquired through experience/training
* Residence in the Southeastern US is preferred
