Daniel Stanton named Vice President of Education and Professional Development at MHI

MHI is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Stanton to the position of Vice President of Education and Professional Development at MHI.

Mr. Stanton joins MHI from Caterpillar Inc. where he served as a Supply Chain Performance Engineer, Program Manager and Technical Fellow. He brings over 20 years of material handling, logistics and supply chain experience to MHI with a unique educational background that includes a Master of Engineering in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and work as an adjunct professor at Bradley University and National American University.

"Daniel has an impressive background to meet the demands of MHI's growing business model that includes an emphasis on education," said George W. Prest, MHI's Chief Executive Officer. "His experience will be a tremendous asset to MHI as we advance our strategic initiatives in education and professional development.

MHI is an international trade association that has represented the material handling and logistics industry since 1945. MHI members include material handling, logistics and supply chain equipment and systems manufacturers, integrators, consultants, publishers, and third party logistics providers.

MHI offers education, networking and solution sourcing for members, their customers and the industry as a whole through programming and events.
