Chris Castaldi, VP Sales; Michael Roe, Account Executive; and Jim Huston, Manager of Systems Engineering at DMW&H were named to this year’s prestigious list of Provider Pros to Know.

Chris Castaldi has been a supply chain thought leader for over 30 years, working in sales, business development, marketing and product management at leading firms. Chris brings his industry knowledge and experience to clients while he understands their issues and challenges to create state-of-the-art material handling systems integration solutions for companies in the retail, wine/spirits, food/beverage and apparel industries. As VP of Sales, Chris leads the sales team to promote the business and its offerings to prospective customers as well as expanding material handling systems into existing clients. Chris has been instrumental in bringing great satisfaction to many large accounts through his tireless work ethics, ingenious understanding of clients’ accounts and professional people skills. 
As an Account Executive with DMW&H, Michael Roe is dedicated to making his client’s fulfillment operations more cost effective and efficient. He is part of an up and coming generation of supply chain experts that leverage new technologies and ideas to generate superior results. Over the past 6 years, Michael has worked with industry leading companies. He listens to clients, understand their pain points and then deliver solutions that will benefit their business.
Jim Huston is the Manager of Systems Engineering at DMW&H. He has been in the material handling and warehousing industry for over 20 years, with the last 10 years focused on systems design and application engineering. Working as a material handling systems integrator, Jim can provide his clients with an open-minded view of what the client needs within their warehouse. He is very knowledgeable on all material handling equipment, systems, and applications – how they can be used, their features and benefits, and what they can provide to an installation. Jim’s systems design and engineering group has evolved beyond looking at the cost of a system and how much return on investment it will bring. Instead, his group focuses on the Total Cost of Ownership, including depreciation, cost of utilities, staffing requirements, obsolescence plans, and service and maintenance costs.
