Kansas City, MO – Fairbanks Scales Inc., the oldest scale company in the U.S. and the world’s leader in weighing equipment, announces they will be showcasing state-of-the-art scale solutions at MODEX 2018, to be held April 9-12, 2018 at the Georgia World Congress Center, in Atlanta, Georgia. On display in Booth # B1365 will be the WF Series BlueLine Forklift Weigh Fork System; the FB4000 NEMA 4X touchscreen instrument with QuickSilver stainless steel platform, Intermec PC43d printer, and integrated with Fairbanks Scales LabelBank/DataBank Bar Code Labeling System; the FHX Series hydraulic forklift instrument; and the Ultegra 14” x 14” roller ball top digital shipping scale.
Stop by the Booth to see the WF Series BlueLine Forklift Weigh Fork System, which is ideal for weighing pallets, boxes, and crates while in motion. With the mobile WF Series BlueLine weigh forks, freight companies and warehouse inventory management facilities can significantly speed the weighing process, increasing profits through reduced weighing time, increased shipment accuracy and improved product tracking. The system includes weigh forks, an instrument, an instrument mounting bracket, and power couplings.
Also on display will be the FB4000 touchscreen instrument featuring the LabelBank/DataBank Bar Code Labeling System, shown with the Fairbanks Scales QuickSilver stainless steel platform and the Intermec PC43d label printer. A turnkey system for industrial bar code labeling and data collection that combines easy-to-navigate factory-installed bar coding software with a networkable touch screen instrument and high-speed industrial bar code printer.
Visitors to the booth can also see the innovative FHX Series forklift weighing instrument used for the FHX Series high accuracy weighing system for hydraulic forklifts and reach trucks. The instrument analyzes the samples and calculates the average value into an extremely accurate weight — +/- 0.2 percent of applied load.
The NTEP-approved Ultegra digital shipping scale uses a USB connection for power and USB output to integrate with nearly any shipping software, including plug-n-play with UPS WorldShip®.
