Adjacent communities such as: Consultants, Market Research Firms, Vertical Market Organizations, supply chain associations, academia, and regulatory agencies. Developing educational and seminar materials for presentation to interested communities. Providing public relations outreach on behalf of MHI relative to solutions. Authoring solutions blueprints and white papers Proactively responding to media to positively share information with the marketplace and position ISSG. Establish thought leadership on how information system solutions support the U.S. Roadmap for Material Handling & Logistics.. Conducting surveys on technology trends and developments To enable organizations to achieve material handling and supply chain excellence by facilitating the delivery of meaningful, innovative and practical information.
Mobile Automation Group (MAG) members are the Industry’s leading suppliers of automatic guided vehicle systems. They supply systems worldwide and in virtually every major manufacturing and distribution sector. Mission: To promote the market awareness, growth, and effective use of driverless industrial vehicle systems (e.g. AGVS, AMRs, and AGCs) Vision: To be the trusted, independent authority on driverless industrial vehicle systems The MAG group is a collaboration of trusted industry leaders that provide: Market Intelligence Market Awareness and Clarity Leadership Safety Advocacy Market Access By Coordinating Statistical Programs Delivering Promotional Marketing Providing Education Influencing Industry Standards Overcoming Barriers to Adoption Both Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) are computer-controlled wheel-based load carriers (normally battery powered) that run on a plant or warehouse floor (or, if outdoors, on a paved surface). The main difference between AGVs and AMRs is how the path they follow is determined. Most AGVs follow predefined paths, although there may be areas of the plant or warehouse where they have more freedom. AMRs can determine their own path, although they will attempt to follow suggested paths if they exist. This difference leads to differing methodologies for ensuring safe operation for the two types of vehicle. AGVs follow the ANSI B56.5 Safety Guidelines There is a standard under development for AMRs MAG member companies meet regularly to review, discuss and revise the standards for design, performance and safe operation of automatic guided vehicle systems. MAG members are committed to the development, maintenance and publishing of industry standard specifications for these systems. MAG programs include: The development of educational and training materials; A voice in the development and maintenance of national standards; The confidential exchange of market statistics and publication of industry data to the public; The communication of the benefits of AGVS solutions via trade shows, educational forums, and other national and regional seminars.
TITANUS® leverages optical air sampling smoke detectors with HPLS (High Power Light Source) technology for early fire detection, taking continuous samples of the ambient air and analyzing them for the smallest traces of smoke particles. High sensitivity calibration and advanced technology ensure accuracy and prevent against false alarms.
To start, fire needs a certain level of oxygen, heat and fuel. If one of these three components is missing, a breakout becomes impossible. This is the basic principle behind OxyReduct®. By introducing natural nitrogen into the air, OxyReduct® lowers oxygen levels just enough to ensure complete, reliable fire protection and a safe work environment.

• WAGNER Group GmbH Presents Innovative Technologies for Integrated Fire Protection Solutions: North Building, Hall B – N6527• Early Fire Detection ensures Safety and Prevents damage in the logistics process• Live Demonstration of the Proactive Fire Prevention System, OxyReduct®Chicago, IL – The storage of large quantities of High-Value Goods with ever-increasing density, the storage of hazardous goods such as Lithium-Ion Batteries and a high degree of automation are associated with an increased risk of fire. Comprehensive Fire Protection is therefore essential, as it can prevent serious fire incidents and their consequences. In Hall B, Booth N6527 at PROMAT Show 2025 in Chicago from March 17 to 20, WAGNER will be demonstrating the systems that can be used to protect supply chains, prevent business interruptions and achieve operational safety - to protect people, goods, assets and processes.Modern Logistics Centers - whether high-bay warehouses, compact storage systems or shuttle warehouses - are designed for high throughput, 24/7 availability and a smooth functioning flow of goods, crucial to overall success. Even a seemingly small cable fire on a conveyor system, for example, can have devastating consequences: Loss of goods, supply chain interruptions, danger to people and the environment. If highly flammable materials or hazardous substances such as lithium-ion batteries are involved, the risk of fire increases significantly. Fire Protection measures are therefore essential.Early Fire Detection with Aspirating Smoke DetectorsThe earliest possible Fire Detection enables rapid intervention in the event of a fire. Aspirating Smoke Detectors detect fires up to two thousand times earlier than point detectors. Thanks to the sophisticated technology of the TITANUS® range of air sampling smoke detectors, sources of fire can be directly identified and indicated even in areas with poor accessibility. Thanks to the earliest possible detection with TITANUS® and the rapid initiation of appropriate measures, serious fire damage and consequential fire damage can be prevented. TITANUS®'s high level of security against false alarms prevents unnecessary interruptions to operations.Pioneering Technology in Fire Protection: Active Fire Prevention with “Nitrogen Enrichment”While sprinklers have long been the code-compliant and standard solution for fire suppression in the United States, they carry serious downsides as water and other extinguishing agents can cause irrevocable damage to stored goods, equipment, etc. Which is why companies, particularly automated high-bay warehouses, are increasingly searching for sprinkler alternatives.Conventional Fire Protection Systems are primarily Reactive, WAGNER’s innovative flagship product, OxyReduct®, is Proactive, preventing fires from starting in the first place; if fires cannot and will not start, Business Continuity remains intact. This makes WAGNER´s Active Fire Prevention System the ideal solution for protecting ALL warehouses storing High-Value Assets and Goods. The OxyReduct® System is based on the principle of removing the basis for Fire: The system generates Nitrogen from the ambient air (the air we breathe) and introduces a small amount of Nitrogen into the area where goods are stored. As a result, oxygen levels in protected areas are safely reduced Below the point at which a fire can ignite. Equipment remains safe and accessible to personnel. In this way, OxyReduct® provides complete, reliable Fire Prevention and a safe working environment.Additional Advantages: With the omission of Sprinkler (no flue space required), the storage capacity increases roughly 10-15%.Visitors of our booth will be able to see just how Safe the WAGNER OxyReduct® system is!About WAGNERThe WAGNER Group GmbH, headquartered in Langenhagen, Germany, has been developing and implementing integrated Fire Protection solutions since 1976 and has established itself as an innovative solutions and systems provider with around 800 employees at 25 locations in 15 countries worldwide, including WAGNER Fire Safety, Inc. located in Chicago, IL.
