JOB SUMMARY:

Plans, organizes, implements and manages the activities, resources and people of our manufacturing subsidiary in Terrell – TX

ACTIVITIES:

• Planning, budgeting & executing investment activities for ??production and engineering
• Supervising engineering, production and logistics processes
• Planning, organizing and stablishing manufacturing work schedules based on delivery date requirements
• Implements and keeps the quality control system active (including complete scorecard with key indicators)
• Oversees factory acceptance testing (FAT) of finished products and ensures any identified FAT issues are resolved prior to shipping
• Mentoring and coaching employees, sharing specific knowledge. Encouraging training and development opportunities.
• Promoting an environment of collaboration, teamwork, trust and professional relationships

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor or Associates degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Technology Engineer with 5+ years experience
• 5+ years experience in Managing position in manufacturing or engineering of industrial equipment (handling materials preferred)
• Experienced in Autocad as well MS Project and Microsoft Office
• English Fluent written and spoken.
