Roger Pearce
Executive, Lean Deployment
LeanCor, LLC

Roger Pearce is a Lean Deployment Executive for LeanCor LLC. Headquartered in Florence, Kentucky, LeanCor delivers Third Party Logistics and Supply Chain Management services to organizations embracing Lean and Six Sigma principles.

As Lean Deployment Executive, Roger is responsible for the recommendation and implementation of Lean Fulfillment Stream strategies into LeanCorís network of customers. His primary duties include the management of LeanCorís Training & Education and Consulting teams.

Roger has a strong background of lean supply chain operational experience working with a wide variety of manufacturers and service providers from the automotive to the retail industry. He has held management and director level positions in the following areas: Supply Chain, Logistics Engineering, Transportation and Route Management, Material Handling (crossdocks, sequencing centers, and service parts operations), Yard Management, & Fleet Management. He has also worked extensively in procurement and supplier management.

His diverse experience and industry knowledge make him a model candidate for consulting and training. Roger has had the opportunity to lead lean Six Sigma projects at automotive plants, provide total logistics cost network analysis, implement supplier scorecard, measurement, and development programs, perform returnable packaging studies, lead facility kaizen events including crossdock start-ups and facility layouts, offer overall lean assessments, as well as perform process audits and engineering. Some notable companies Roger has worked with include Toyota, GMC, Suzuki, Yamaha, Procter and Gamble, Emerson Climate Control, Polaris, BRP, Kubota Manufacturing of America, Mark IV Automotive, Pratt Corporation, BIC, and Standard Furniture Manufacturing Company.

Roger resides in Fairhope, AL and compliments his industry experience with a Bachelors of Science in Logistics from Auburn University.
