The transaction is expected to close at the end of December 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.ICR services commercial and industrial customers in the eastern United States. Founded in 1998, Stoney Creek Hydraulics specializes in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder manufacture/repair. Cylinders are built according to customer blueprints or designed by the engineering team to meet a customer application’s specific requirements. Repair services include cylinder inspection, machining and testing with precision.
