Vsimple’s Sales Coordination Agents debut as the first set of Role-based Agents, unleashing coordinated AI to complete work across quoting, order intake, fulfillment, and billing readiness. These specialized AI agents work together as one coordinated system to execute the work, powered by vAI, Vsimple’s custom AI. LOUISVILLE, Ky. August 3, 2026: Vsimple today announced the launch of its Role-Based Agents, a new approach to industrial AI that helps equipment dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and industry leaders process more customer demand, increase operating capacity, and accelerate quote-to-cash velocity without adding headcount at the same rate as growth. The platform debuts with Sales Coordination Agents. It uses a coordinated system of purpose-built AI agents, powered by vAI, to execute the repetitive work required to turn customer demand into accurate, fulfillable, and billable business.Industrial companies have invested heavily in ERP, DMS, CRM, CPQ, and accounting systems. Yet, much of the work connecting those systems remains manual. Customer requests and RFQs must be interpreted. Product, pricing, and account information must be gathered and validated. Quotes are revised, purchase orders are reconciled, records are updated, and transactions move through multiple departments before fulfillment and billing can begin. That burden falls on highly capable teams in sales coordination, inside sales, order administration, customer service, and project support. Yet much of their capacity is consumed by inbox management, manual data entry, document comparison, system updates, status checks, and repetitive follow-up.As order volume grows, skilled employees become operational bottlenecks. Account managers are pulled back into transactions they have already won. Errors create costly rework and margin leakage. Customer response times slow down. Orders stall between departments, and billing is delayed. Leaders lose visibility into what is moving, what is missing, and what requires attention. The traditional answer has been to add more employees as the business grows.Vsimple offers a different answer: process more customer demand without forcing headcount to increase at the same rate. “Industrial companies do not need another system telling employees what work is piling up," said Buddy Bockweg, CEO and Founder of Vsimple. “They need the work completed. We are not giving companies another software interface that their teams have to learn, feed, and manage. We are deploying specialized AI Agents that execute routine work across the systems they already use, removing bottlenecks and creating real operating capacity.”Within the Sales Coordination Role, specialized AI agents work together to: Interpret customer requests, RFQs, purchase orders, emails, and transaction documents. Extract and validate customer, product, pricing, and order information. Compare quotes, purchase orders, pricing, and supporting documentation. Create and update records across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and DMS. Complete routine customer and internal follow-up. Coordinate handoffs across sales, operations, fulfillment, and finance. Monitor transactions and identify stalled work. Route approvals and exceptions with the context that employees need to make decisions.Rather than replacing people, Vsimple removes the repetitive coordination work that limits their capacity. Routine work gets executed automatically while employees remain responsible for customer relationships, approvals, complex decisions, and exceptions requiring experience and judgment.Unlike traditional automation platforms or standalone AI tools, Vsimple operates as an execution layer across existing business systems. Companies do not replace the software they rely on today. Instead, Vsimple works across the communication channels, documents, departments, and systems already involved in the process, helping transactions continue moving from customer demand through fulfillment and billing. The Agents use a multi-model AI architecture that applies the right intelligence to each task, while governing execution through customer-specific business rules, deterministic validation, permissions, approvals, and exception handling. Customers do not need to select AI models, write prompts, assemble separate tools, or continually redesign their AI strategy as technology evolves.Deploying AI into complex industrial operations requires more than software. Every Vsimple Agent is implemented through the company's Embedded Execution Model, where Vsimple experts work directly with customers to map operational processes, identify the work agents should perform, connect business systems, configure and test the platform, launch into production, and continuously improve performance as the business evolves.Companies already using Vsimple are seeing measurable operational results. ProLift Toyota increased order velocity sixfold, while RWM Casters eliminated 80 percent of manual data entry and reduced service delays by 35 percent.“If we're doing a proposal … we can go look in real-time,” said James McGlamery of Raymond Storage. “It saves us time in the [proposal] steps. We don't have to go to multiple systems to see that.”Sales Coordination Agents are the first Role-based Agents available from Vsimple. The company is developing additional Role-based Agents focused on other operational functions where skilled employees continue to spend valuable time performing repetitive work across communications, documents, departments, and business systems. Each Role will bring specialized agents together to execute a connected body of work rather than automate a single isolated task.“The future of industrial work will not be determined by how many AI tools companies give their employees,” Bockweg said. “It will be determined by how much work they can complete with greater speed, accuracy, visibility, and control. The companies that win will use AI to serve more customers, protect margins, and grow without adding complexity at the same pace.”The Vsimple Role-Based Agents are available now.About Vsimple Vsimple’s Role-Based Agents are built for industrial companies.
